POLICIES

DEPOSIT

A one-month deposit is due at the time of application and is non-refundable. A deposit secures your child’s spot within the program and will be applied to the last month of payment. 

MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENTS

Monthly tuition payments are due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made by cheque, cash or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa or AMEX).

WITHDRAWAL 

To withdraw from the program, a 30 days' written notice is required. The child must attend school during this notice period.  Once the withdrawal notice is given,  the deposit amount will be applied to the last month of attendance.

 

LATE PICK-UP

Late pick-ups will be billed for individual supervision of your child by our staff $10 for each 10 minutes of late pick-up. 

 

ABSENCES

Tuition fees will not be reduced or refunded for any absences, whether due to extended holiday, illness, or any other personal reason.

 

REFUNDS

All deposits and fees paid are non-refundable.

 

TAX RECEIPTS

Tax receipts are issued once a year in the month of February. No tax receipt will be issued if there is any outstanding balance owing.
